Jim Jidhead, known to the rockers who like melodic music, is the frontman for the amazing
Swedish band, ALIEN. What we have here is his 6th solo album, which will be released on
the 27th of January 2017 by AOR Heaven.

The first track is "Glorious", ten seconds in and you'll already have started headbanging
unconciously! Amazing, powerful and rhythmic guitars with an amazing sound, rhythmic bass
and drums, and amazing crystal-clear vocals from Jim are the pieces that complete of this musical
puzzle! Simply amazing!
Right after that is "Push on through", coming in calmer and more melodic rhythms - the keys and vocals
shine above the rest here.
The third track coming up is "If we call it love" - what we're talking about here is the third melodic
hard rock diamond in a row. Jim's music now has a harder sound, but he kept the melody in, and I believe
that he did a great work with his choice! Let's see what awaits us next.
The fourth track coming up is "Waiting for summer", which is a beautiful ballad, where Jim "steals" the show
with his beautiful crystal-clear vocals.
"Ooh yeah!" is what you'll be saying after you listen to the first few notes of the melodic track, "The first time"!
The track has beautiful bass that will take you on a melodical journey to a beautiful musical world.
Continuing the album in the same quality footsteps we have "One breathe", "Too many words", "Next in line"
and "Drowning", with the last one winning the 'battle' due to its melody and vocals.
Finally, we have "Love was waiting" and "It is what it is" closing the album melodically.

In conclusion, Jim's voice is amazing and and he has a lot of power behind it, even at the age of 53.
The performances for the tracks are simply excellent. All the tracks are well-written melodic hard rock
compositions, and are performed fantastically by the album's artists.

This production is of a very high quality level, and it's done by the amazing Daniel Flores. You will find
Ken Sandin (Alien) playing the bass, while guitars are performed by Michael Palace and Philip Lindstrand,
and Rolf Pilotti takes care of the backing vocals.
Jim's son, Robin Jidhed, was both the engineer and sounding board when Jim recorded his lead vocals.
Simply, this is a wonderful album and a fantastic start for your purchases of 2017. On January 27th 2017,
