"Faster Than the Speed of Light" begins, and so does the headbanging from the
very first few notes! We're talking about an incredibly melodic driving rhythm!
Beautiful vocals, rhythmic drums & bass and an insanely good rhythm! Excellent
start for the album! The second track is "Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea",
which follows in the same quality footsteps as the previous one! The band says they
play melodic driving music, and that perfectly describes this track! "Darkness and Joy",
"Higher Ground" an "My Life" are up next, still at the same high standard as the previous
tracks, but with the second one winning the "battle" among the three due to its incredible
melody and fantastic bass.
"Heaven Knows", "Haywire" and "Wings" are also beautiful tracks with "Wings" being the
best of the bunch! "Fortune and Fame", "Come What May" and "This Is the Life"
close the album melodically.
Conclusion? These guys describe their music as driving melodic rock, and are correct! Their
work will take you on a melodic journey that you wish would never end. One of the quality
releases of April 2015, you can find it on iTunes for $8.99, almost a steal for such a quality album!
