"Death Rock!" starts the album and has an intro with amazing guitars, and just
as the headbanging begins, so do the vocals with Chandler Mogel, who seems to be in a great mood!
The track has amazing guitars, splendid drums and very clear, 'agressive' vocals from Chandler!
Excellent start for the album! Next up is "I Was So Blind", and from the very first notes
it shows that it'll be a great Melodic Rock composition. After the first time of hearing the
chorus, you'll start singing along. Melodic and beautiful track!
Third track in line is "One More Time" and that's when you'll understand that these guys have
created an album that'll be the hot topic of discussions! This track, just like the previous ones,
has been greatly composed!
Right after that, it's time for "Bury The Knife", just as it's time for headbanging! (laughs)
Its splendind melodic guitars and Chandler's amazing vocals stand out.
The backing vocals are also excellent! The most melodic track as of now, but with a great
Hard Rock taste!
"Like A Dream" will make you ponder, "How is it possible to still be listening to such an
amazing track?", why yes, it is! It is possible because that's exactly what this band has done!
Yet another Melodic Hard Rock diamond is found!
"It Really Doesn't Matter" starts with beautiful acoustic guitar, keys and crystal-clear vocals
that move at calm rhythms. In this track, it shows that Outloud have excellent backing vocals in
their recordings!
Right after "Another King Of Angel" starts, few seconds in, you'll pause. The reason is because
you'll step on your motorcycle, get your mp3 player, ride on and start the trip with the volume on
max! However, after that "All In Vain" starts, which removes any chance that you'll be slowing down! (laughs)
Melodic, rhythmic, incredible!
It is followed by "A While To Go" in the same quality footsteps of the previous tracks. The track that gave its
name to the album, "Let's Get Serious" is up next, and the bike ride's not stopping now!
In musical technique, probably the hardest track of the album! "Toy Soldiers" starts off fast and 'aggressively'
to continue the Melodic Hard Rock pandemonium!
Last in line is the excellent cover of "Enola Gay", which has your bike try to become an airplane! (laughs)
Simply amazing, both in concept and execution. Fantastic idea to close the album with!
Conclusion is, Outloud have released an incredible album and have shown us that they are now a big name
in the Melodic Hard Rock music scene! When it's released, you should definitely grab it, and
be sure not to miss it, because it's definitely one of the year's top albums!
In summary? Excellent work! as for the score, nothing short of 9/10!
