"War" starts the album in an epic way, and after a while come the powerful bass
and melodic hard rock guitars, which, when working together with Sofia's amazing voice,
produce an amazingly powerful and beautiful start for the album!
What else to say, but that the album started in the best, most powerful way! With rockin
attitude! "Time Again" and "Illuminated Within" follow up, with the latter winning the battle
between the two, due to being more rhythmic and melodic than the former. Fantastic rhythmic
guitars and amazing crystal-clear vocals from Sofia! "The Eye" is the fourth track of the album,
and even from the first few notes you'll understand that it's an amazing melodic hard rock track!
Even from the first few tracks it's evident that the band has now bonded together, and it shows in
the results, with the quality of the music they put out and play! Moving on...
"Tough Guys Don't Dance" begins and so does the headbanging! (laughs!!) Amazing rhythm with
melodic and rhythmic guitars! High-quality vocals, drums and bass worthy of seminars! Amazing track!
"Break Out" and "Higher" continue the album, the latter being an amazing track and my personal favorite
of the album! Incredible guitars, awesome rhythm, fantastic bass and drumms, and vocals for rock seminars
from Sofia! What a track...You'll move on after listening to it at least twice!
Right after that comes "You Will Never Walk Alone", which is the album's ballad! You'll be listening to it with
closed eyes and travel along with its melodic rhythm. Simply beautiful. "(Taking THis) Further" is also a good
composition, and closing the album is "All Of Your Love", coming with splendid guitars, rhythmic bass and drums,
and crystal-clear vocals from Sofia! Don't forget to count the amazing backing vocals and a beautiful chorus, and
you've managed to construct the puzzle that completes not only this track, but the album itself. Beautiful ending.
Conclusion? Christer and Sofia, as composers, have bonded very well together and managed to write some amazing
tracks! Also, the band has been playing for a long time together, and it shows in the amazing executions of their tracks!
Add Christer Akerlund's splendid production into the the mix, along with the amazing mixing by the Swedish superproducer,
Tobias Lindell (HEAT, Europe, Hardcore Superstar, Avatar, Mustasch), and you'll understand what kind of high quality
we're talking about! What's more impressive is that the band managed to shine among the other great artists, considering this
is all happening in the great music scene of Sweden! To sum it up, on November 24th of 2014, when the album will be released
by Limewire/Cargo Records, get it and rest assured that you'll have a very high-quality Melodic Hard Rock album in your hands!
As for the score, I can't give it anything less than a 9/10, because I'd be doing them injustice.
