King Kobra release their new album.

This album is called "II" and the result is just magic! 12 tracks, 12 beautiful tracks that are well worked,
with nice details and a lot of passion on their compositions. This passion comes from the whole band but mainly
from the new singer of the band.

Basically, in 2010 bassist Johnny Rod, drummer Carmine Appice and guitarists David Michael-Philips Henzerling and
Mick Sweda reformed King Kobra with a new singer. This singer was was former Rough Cutt and Quiet Riot frontman
and his name is Paul Shortino. Oh my God! His voice matches perfectly with the music that the rest line up play,
matches perfectly with the music genre of the band and goes the tracks to another level. His complexion sticks in
your mind and makes the songs of the album "II" more powerful and dirty!

Generally, the whole band are professionals and they don't forget how to rock your mind as they did in the 80's.
They are legends on the music scene of heavy and rock and this is something that you can understand it from the
beginning till the end of this CD. The new project of King Kobra is so good, so solid and brings back to your mind
the good old times of the band. Although the band is in a phase that tries to write new masterpieces, the old musical
ingredients are here. These melodies that you heard from the band in the 80's are still on their new album and matches
so great with the rest fresh elements that you discover in each track. The band is full of creativity and this is one
of the big advantages of this disc.

Tracks that you must absolutely listen from the album "II":
Hell On Wheels
Knock 'Em Dead
The Ballad Of Johnny Rod
Take Me Back
Got It Comin'
Deep River
We Go Round

Steve Xanthis: 9.5/10 "King Kobra have the formula on how to write good music! They strike again
with their new album "II", which is one of their best!"
