Recorded and produced by Rob Mancini at GMG Studio One in Ireland, “Just in time” is Karson’s debut and
first release on GMG Records. As his most intimate and lush work yet, “Just in time” results from working
closely with a core of exceptional musicians.
This esteemed group includes Claudio Pietronik and Paul Ward on guitars, Jack Bazzani on Drums & Percussion,
Aine Mancini and John Pratt on Background vocals and Rob Mancini handling additional guitars, bass, keyboards,
and supplemental background vocals.
The album starts with "Can you take me home" with a beautiful melodic composition with passionate
vocals, I have to say it was a good start for the album. "In the heat of the night" follows up next
and it's a track that gives more attention to guitars and vocals, it also has great composition.
"Love is a two way thing" comes next and we can make out the secondary instruments more clearly here,
keys, drums, sax, and it uses the same calm and melodic style that the previous 2 tracks use.
The same applies of the 4th track, "Watching you go by". Immediately after starts the ballad "I recall",
a beautiful composition with splending piano, amazing vocals and fantastic backing vocals! After "I recall"
comes "Yesterday", which, in my opinion, is the best track of the album.
"Angel or demon" follows next, and it has a more dynamic and rhythmic bass, drums and passionate vocals,
excellent track! Coming up next is "Shine", which follows in more "Rock" footsteps, like "Angel or demon".
"December Wind" essentially closes the album (since the last track is a piano version of "I recall"),
and it's the second ballad of the album, and it also has excellent composition! After taking a look,
the album is a great production with beautiful compositions, incredible vocals and the production of
Rob Mancini is just incredible! Very high-quality work.
George "Snaki" Lane: 8.0/10 "After taking a look, the album is a great production with beautiful compositions,
incredible vocals and the production of Rob Mancini is just incredible! Very high-quality work."
