Diamond Dawn release their album which called "Overdrive".
"Overdrive" is the debut album of the band from Gothenburg and they give to their fans something really good.
The band showed us with the song "Standing As One" (which was released at the beginnings of the band and is one
of the songs of the "Overdrive") that they are the next big thing at the Melodic Hard Rock music scene.
The band has been working hard throughout all of 2012 to release this album and create something good for the fans
of the band. They did it to a point. They have a lot of good songs like "Indestructible", "The Hunter",
"Into Overdrive", "Take Me Higher" and other that will wander in the mind of the listener. The track which called
"Take Me Higher" was the first contact between the band and the fans and though this single they give a taste of
the genre of the album. The most tracks of the album "Overdrive" are on this formula. Good compositions, very good
refrain, amazing sounds of melodic music, beautiful melodies and the sweet voice of Alexander Strandell that is a
jewellery for the first album of Diamond Dawn.
The music genre of the album is Melodic Hard Rock and somehow it remind us a little bit of the band H.e.a.T.
but the character of the Diamond Dawn is noticeable and makes an excellent result.
