Cecilia Gholamy (July 12, 1990) is a Swedish/Persian singer and songwriter best known as the lead singer of the Swedish Rock 'n' Roll band SKINTIGHT (2009-present). She's currently working on her first solo record with the musicians that forms the band Cecilia Gholamy (2012-present). Going back a few years Gholamy fronted a handfull smaller bands until she started the all-female band Sweet Sins (2008-2009). After changing most of the members Gholamy moved on with drummer Joy and formed the band SKINTIGHT, with lead guitarist Isivaa Sanaru. The band had their first show at Malmöfestivalen 2009. After a year of playing shows, recording and changing members the band and Joy decided to go separate ways. SKINTIGHT had just released their first song "Crazy Nights" and were working on their demo with the same title. Gholamy and Sanaru recorded and released the demo in 2011 including "Dusk To Dawn", "Someone Else's Shoes", "R'N'R Saviors" and "Live It Out". That same year they found a new drummer Lina Tiger (ex-Godass) and bass player Johanna Dellamore (Godass). The band finally found rhythm
guitarist Stuff in 2012. In 2012 Gholamy decided to start recording her own songs and put together a band to play live shows. She released her first single, "Loco Amor" in September 2012 and a music video featuring Isivaa Sanaru that following month. She's currently writing songs and recording with Sanaru and bass player Pablo Ansaldi (Gunner).
