ANDREAS "ROCKBELT": Hello guys!! I welcome you to the most melodic place!!Let us start by telling how this band came up?
So how the band got born and how did your music influences affected you.

IGNACIO: EDEN LOST was born in 1999, when Javier Nieto (former guitar player) and Jesús Laso decided to give birth to six
member’s Hard Rock band that allow them to play live. That year EDEN LOST won a cover contest organized by a famous concert
hall in Madrid. And they thought that maybe it was a good idea to give it a try to their own songs. Of course the musical
influences of all the members were, and now, an important load to bear.

ANDREAS "ROCKBELT": Which is the promise that you gave to yourselves when you lined up EDEN LOST that you had to keep?

JORGE: The promises that can do both yourself and collectively with others members is, actually ,
to maintain the illusion and continue enjoying the hard music world.

ANDREAS "ROCKBELT": The long way to success just begun for you,
is it easy and what the word success means to you?

JORGE: In my opinion we have a long way to succeed. Seven years since our first Lp came out and certainly it has not
been an easy way. But for me, success means being happy with the music I make and to transmit it to our fans.
No matter how many there are, fifty or fifty million...

ANDREAS "ROCKBELT": I know that Spain has history in Melodic Hard Rock bands (91 suite, Mägo de Oz, Sangre Azul, Hardreams),
how easy or difficult is to create a Melodic Hard Rock band?
Was it easy or difficult to start your carrier in this genre and what were the difficulties that you faced?

JORGE: Let say that Spain is not in a great moment and one of the most affected sectors is the recording industry,
so the musicians in this country have to go for the illusion to get our bands on. You can find all the world´s problems
but at the end all is summed in one… “MR MONEY”.

ANDREAS "ROCKBELT": Your debut and follow up album contained exquisite compositions, from the instrumental part to the vocals
everything was done with soul. Composing music is not like driving a car, you either have it or you don’t, and you have it guys.
Are there any secrets that you want to share with ourreaders about the way you do this?

IGNACIO: Wow! Thanks for your kind words. There´re no secrets at all. Just like all bands I suppose.
It’s a difficult answer. Mmmmm...I guess it’s all about sincerity and feelings.
We write songs that we like, we don’t think if they are the right ones to get a great success.
we arrange ideas that might end being good songs,we write lyrics where we express ourselves.
Many things related but not a magic recipe at all.

ANDREAS "ROCKBELT": Are there any thoughts for a video clip and which track would that be for video shooting?

JORGE: We are looking the possibility of making a video clip but now I can´t guarantee which song could be.
But sure will be a visual set that appeal to all Eden Lost fans and a good introduction for the people who
doesn´t know us.

ANDREAS "ROCKBELT": What are your plans for the upcoming future of the band,
and what are the activities of the band at the moment?

JORGE: Now we are writing new songs for the next Lp, so this is our plan for the future.

IGNACIO: We are also in touch with several promoters to play live in some festivals or
as supporting band for international artists.

ANDREAS "ROCKBELT": Do you think about live tours in your schedule and which isthe support
that you expect from other countries during a live tour?

IGNACIO: Of course but right now in Spain the musical scene is almost dead. There is not a massive support of audience
for Spanish bands, and it’s even worse if you don’t sing in Spanish. It’s easy to play live if you are willing to lose money.
Well, music is not right now our living, so we must be careful ‘cause money is very difficult to earn these days.
We play festivals and we have played several times as supporting band of international artist such as T.N.T.,
Tyketto, Michael Bormann, Bob Catley and many others.
We would love to play abroad and we are in touch with festivals promoters all around Europe. Hopefully we will be
playing live outside Spain in 2013. We are not a “well-known” band so the support from other countries is small but
music is a long distance race that we must go step by step. We are very patient, Hahahaha! It’s been a long way and
we are just starting.

ANDREAS "ROCKBELT": When one band started, all the members shared a common dream. To become the greatest rock band in
the world. What exactly does this phrase mean to you? What the greatest band of the world is all about? It’s fame?
It’s money? What exactly is it? Do you refer strictly to the music part, or about music and all of the aforementioned
included? What is “The Greatest rock band of the world” in your opinion?

JORGE: Well, for me “The biggest rock band” should be good musicians, good compositions and unforgettable lives...

ANDREAS "ROCKBELT": Tell me what happened to your way of releasing you self named debut album.
Which were the difficulties and who were the people that helped you with them?

IGNACIO: We must admit at first it started being quite easy; an Spanish record label, “Vinny Records” got very
interested in recording our songs, after listening our first demo and seeing us playing live, so we have to make
it in 2003. Unfortunately the record label disappeared but its owner got in touch with A.O.R. Heaven and convinced
them to edit the album two years later, in 2005. We`ll always be hugely grateful to Vicente (Vinny Records) and
Georg (A.O.R. Heaven) for their support. We are also very lucky due to all the good friends and fans we´ve got.

ANDREAS "ROCKBELT": Do you think that EDEN LOST succeeded its goal until now?

IGNACIO: Certainly…YES. Of course we are ambitious and we want to reach higher goals but by now we are happy doing
what we do, we are lucky! We recorded our songs, we have two albums we are extremely proud, we are preparing the
next album, we play live as much as we can…but isn´t easy. Those were our first goals in mind and we´ve accomplished them.
Now we are on our way to go even further.

ANDREAS "ROCKBELT": Thank you very much guys, good luck to everything you do, the last words are yours,
say whatever you like to BeRock Radio listeners and readers.

IGNACIO: First of all, thank you for letting us reach your audience and readers.
Your support is really appreciated. And to everybody, we hope you will listen our songs and hopefully like them.
We hope to be able to play live in Greece, someday. Thanks very much for your time and attention.
Wish you all the best!!! We’ll keep in touch.
